Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Bucharest, Romania.

Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically fulfilled in 3 business days.
However, since many items are made to order, fulfillment can occasionally take up to 5 business days, depending on availability and production flow. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

  • Europe: We ship via Packeta and their local carrier partners.

  • United States: We ship with FedEx Economy and FedEx Priority.
    All orders are tracked and insured.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are clearly shown on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied based on the active promotions.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your local laws. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll handle it from there.
We’ll replace the item(s) free of charge once the damaged goods are returned to us.

Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our hands, it’s out of our control. We do not offer compensation for such delays.
